We have a 1 day dispatch time period and use Royal Mail to post all our parcels. If you chose 1st class post this generally takes 1-3 working days yet Royal Mail do their level best to deliver the next day. Naturally at busy periods through the year there can be delays. Don’t worry if something doesn’t seem right let us know and we will look into it for you.
If you are based in the UK we offer a free returns for everyone. You would have received this inside your parcel with a tracked returns postage label. All you need to do is fill in the form to explain the reason for return, use the bag that we sent the item in, seal it up with some sellotape and attach the sticky label on top. You will have to drop this bag off to the post office and they will give you a receipt with a tracking number free of charge. Once we receive it we will then process the return for either an exchange or refund.
You will find a tag hanging with our logo on your item. At the back of this tag it does state ‘Once this label has been removed you will no longer be able to return the item’. This is simply for hygiene reasons. If the tag is not on a product when this has been returned we will only be able to accept an exchange and not a refund.
If you are based outside the UK then please contact us and we will notify you the process for returns.
We aim to process returns the day they arrive back to us. Please bear in mind the service used is a 48 hour delivery excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Of course you can, simply tick the exchange box on the returns label sheet that came with your item and write down either replacement size or colour. If you feel that you need to write more there is space at the bottom of the chart.
You can return your item for a full refund up to 28 days. Any returns after this period would only be accepted for an exchange.
